Bio
David is a 29 year old photographer from Denmark. Since he embarked as an amateur at age 16, he has accumulated over four years of schooling in North America and Europe and has had his work displayed in many exhibitions. He has travelled to over 40 countries in five continents and has worked as a Social Educator in Copenhagen and also a Greenpeace activist. These experiences has helped shaped his world view and influenced how he captures expressions of places, people, things and moments in his photographs. David's style of photography was inspired by the likes of Eugene Smith, Bruce Davidson and Dian Arbus. His experiences in the arts goes beyond photography into the realms producing and editing video and short films. He is a 2009 graduate from the International Center of Photography (ICP) with a ICP Directors Scholarship and currently lives and works in New York.
